Hi everyone,
Peter, our club treasurer has just sent me the latest update on the clubs membership situation.
I know many of you were concerned that the club was struggling for members but things are looking up.
I think Peter deserves a huge thank you for all his work to make sure the club can continue on a sound financial footing for the next year.
He has asked me to pass on the following;
“Thank you to everyone who has renewed their membership. The club now has 50 paid up members (47 seniors and 3 juniors) and we have raised over £2,000 towards the club’s expenses for this year. While this is a very good result, the club would certainly benefit from some new members joining this year, so if you know of anyone who might be interested please point them in the direction of the club secretary or treasurer!”
